I have this motherboard too. I didn't read your guide, but I read the working / not working part. The built-in wifi will probably never work, but there's a good Broadcom replacement chip available.
Thunderbolt works, including TB3 and TB2, but you need to set it to Legacy mode and hotplug doesn't work.
Onboard audio works fine, both analog and hdmi, why do you use USB audio?
USB 3 works fine for me, with the port injector kexts and a dsdt edit.
Is your USB 3.1 stable? For me, it randomly ejects devices.
The latest HWmonitor works fine for me.

I use the SABRENT USB audio converter because I have had problems in the past on other hackintoshes when Apple does a software update. It was just easier for me.
My USB 3.1 is NOT stable. I have random eject issues also.
My other USB 2.0 & 3.0 ports all work, but only at USB 2.0 speeds.
 
3 bad mobs later and I have this up and running...
You have to install a small speaker on the mono to get your BIOS beep(s)....
So far I 1x usb port on the back working and 1x usb 1/2 header on mono working only.
All other ports not working...
I have tried Rehabman's patch, but not working so far.
Anyone solved this?
Also I installed an Intel 600 series M.2 and I had it working one time until I accidentally ejected it. Now it will not show back up in Disk Utility.
Anyone solved this yet as well?

Can you post your dsdt edit for us....

I have your identical hardware setup, but I can't get usb working like it should...

BIG BIG THANKS TO Tonymac Community, @Rocket88 and many other people I will name each one in detailed post.

I followed most of @Rocket88 Guide and made a successful installation. Will write more in detail, I am a bit occupied with Migration currently.

WORKING
Graphics, all ports.
Audio
All USB Ports (Not checked stability and speeds, 3.1 didn't come back from sleep with Wacom Bamboo)
C port, Thunderbolt not tested.
Ethernet
CD/DVD writer
Sleep, Reset, Restart, Shutdown.
imessage, itunes, siri

NOT WORKING
Wifi
Bluetooth (shows up as recognised in System report but doesn't work)

bnd55 can u upload your EFI folder as a zip file? This could really help

Bluetooth needs the Antenna installed. I ran into the same problem.
