Radeon R9 280x graphics not enabled - Need DSDT Help

Alright added the lines and rebooted. Still the same. Here is an export of my ioreg.

Did you need anything else? I'm wondering why the r9 280x works supposedly OOB and mine is having so much trouble. I was always taught to check the obvious first so is there anything that would be an obvious check for you but not necessarily to me?
