Powerfull Editing Hackintosh

Hello,

I work as a videoeditor, colorist and vfx artist in a film production company here in Germany and I want to build a powerfull hackintosh.

I know buying a MacPro would be much easier and smaller, but we all know Apple is really expensive for what you get and currently with 2013 Technology.. New MacPros are released in October, but I think a hackintosh is better for my use.
What would you suggest for a hackintosh about 4000$.

I was about to post the same question, but i'm just joining this one
Also, i'm completely new to Hackintosh and i wanted to know if Thunderbolt is now supported with the latest OS / config.
