speed changes depending on time of day, i get 8mbps in the evenings

that's weird.
I can get a stable 8meg down on cable 15/5.

Seems like you should be getting more off a 60Mb connection.

I'm with Teksavvy in downtown Montreal, QC. The only ones that have a real unlimited internet for a good price in my area (and great customer service)
