I red and followed those guides before trying El Capitan. My clover config.plist has nv_disable=1 boot-arg and DSDT and SSDT are patched for disabling the nvidia card. Anyway at every boot it isn't showed int crash report (nv_disable=1).

I'm going to erase everything and made a fresh install of Yosemite

Problem with your config.plist.

Just made a fresh install of El Capitan. As expected I've some USB problem. Every port works as 2.0 USB and 3.0 devices aren't recognised by the system (their led goes on, but nothing else; I'didn't hear the HDD's rotations). So i've tried different port injector, but probably i'm missing something  can anyone help me?

The ioreg shows no sign that a port injector kext is installed. Check that you created it correctly. Also check that it is installed correctly.

DSDT link is broken. Please proof your posts.

Yes the ioreg was saved when the port injector wasn't in EFI/CLOVER/EXTENTIONS.
Anyway i resolved injecting all the port at the same time, and one has figured out to be the correct one. However ioreg shows me a strange tree of ports (like the EH01) for XHC, and i don't know if it is a problem. it because it is structured like an hub?

I see nothing 'strange'.

hello again, after some updates (both clover and el capitan) the mac doesn't recognize anymore the extra ram that i've installed (the bios and windows do it). I tried inserting it in the SMBIOS with clover, but no success. Any advice?

this is my clover efi folder:

Restored El Capitan after few months on Sierra, now I have instant waking again, the cause is likely to be how I patched USB stuff (waking is caused by EH02 but it didn't find it on ioreg ??). I'm sure it's caused by a stupid thing, but I can't figure out what's wrong.

Instant wake is covered in the ACPI patching guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.152573/

You did not patch for it (no evidence of _PRW patches being applied).
