possible z690 itx build?

it's been a while since i've built a hackintosh. i'm going to try on my current hardware. does it look compatible?
here's what i have:
Asrock Z690 Phantom Gaming ITX/TB4
i7 12700K
32Gb DDR5 4800
Crucial P3 Plus 2tb NVME
T-Force CARDEA 1TB NVME
480GB WD Blue SATA SSD
XFX Speedster RX 6800 (non xt)

any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i also have a Minisforum DeskMini UM480XT with a Ryzen 7 4800H with vega / radeon graphics, 32gb ram, 1tb Sata ssd, and a Samsung Evo 2tb nvme. does it sound like a likely candidate as well?

The first system should be possible with MacOS Monterey and later. Disable the iGPU in the BIOS as MacOS will not work with that.

For the second system, the iGPU is not supported, but if you really want to try, see this :

I got a Ryzen 5 4600G.. and a 4700G.
