Hi People. I am trying to install Mavericks on Samsung Ultrabook series 5 Np530u4c Model. I have tried several ways but no way to run internal HD4000 properly. I used unibeast and got iinstall with "PciRoot=1". After installiation I can not boou without PciRoot=1 and -x. Even I could boot with two commands, there is no graphics card. It seems like 64mb of shared memory. Please help me about this issue. I prepare a video to make myself clear.

What is the resolution of your screen?

Actually 1366
but on the video 1024x768
The problem is resolution. I can not make hd4000 work.

The problem is resolution. I can not make hd4000 work.

Try booting:
IGPEnabler=Y IGPlatformID=01660003 GraphicsEnabler=N dart=0 -v

I got black screen with those flags

still black screen. System is running but no screen

Connect HDMI monitor, then capture ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html

Note: Some Samsungs have issues. You may need to inject EDID and if your Samsung uses eDP, you're out of luck as there is no support for eDP in OS X HD4000 drivers.

For EDID injection (and other things), gather EDID data using MonInfo on Windows (or some other tool), then see DSDT patches: https://github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch.

Apply:
"Custom with EDID" (customize for your EDID data, your screen resolution)
"Rename GFX0 to IGPU"
"Brightness Fix (HD3000/4000)"
install: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-ACPI-Backlight
