This will be my first Custo Mac. I pretty much need everything except mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

It'll be used mostly as a budget Photoshop machine. Any suggestions on things to change? I understand the Wifi the least...

Everything looks fine. Only note is the B-series of motherboard chipsets is intended for Business users. Will give you fewer SATA3 ports and fewer USB 3.0 ports as well.

For maybe $20 more you can get the GA-H87-D3H which has 6 SATA3 ports inside (vs 4) and 4 USB 3.0 ports on the back (vs 2). You'll also gain an optical audio output. Personally, as USB 3.0 becomes more popular, you may wish for more USB 3.0 ports. A USB 3.0 addon card will probably run you the same amount as the difference in board costs. But it all depends on your needs.

No clue about the wifi cards. There are suggested cards on the buyers guide:
