Trying to install a Snow Leopard Server vertual machine on Mountain Lion. I've done this with my MacBook Pro but can't get it working on our new build. Here are the components:
1. Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H Motherboard
2. Intel i7 Ivy Bridge 3770K Processor, 3.50 GHz, 8MB Cache LGA1155, 77W
3. MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti(448 Cores)PCI-E 16X Graphics card
4. 32 GB Corsair DDR3 1600 MHz RAM
5. 1 TB Western Digital Caviar Black 7200 RPM Hard Drive
The error message comes up as soon as I click continue to begin the install. It reads:
The virtual machine cannot be started.
Mac OS virtual machines can run only on computers having Mac OS X Leopard (version 10.5.1 or higher) or Mac OS X Tiger (version 10.4.11 or higher) installed.

When I follow that link to goes to a Parallels support page (attached) that says, "According to Apple Software License Agreement, you may install and run Mac OS 10.5 Leopard and Mac OS X 10.6. Snow Leopard Virtual Machines only on Mac OS X Server host computers."
I've checked the BIOS and mad sure Intel Virtualization is enabled. We've tried installing OS X server via the App store on Mountain Lion. Every time we get the same error message.
I know I've missed something but I can't figure out what.
