MSI X58 Pro-E there is no sound ALC889.

When you plug the mic into the front pink port, does Internal Microphone in System Preferences/Sound/Input change to Line in?

Yes, it does, but there is no sound when I am using Linein passthrough, and the Input level doesn't show any input in Sound preference.

No guarantee, try each:
1. Shut down the system, pull the power plug, push the power button a couple of times, plug the power plug back in and reboot.
2. Start iTunes with System Preferences/Sound/Output open. Play a song, and while it is playing, select the first Line out. Check System Preferences/Sound/Input to see if Line in is working.

That's not IOReg. IOReg is available from:
1. XCode Developer Package, free download from Mac App Store (1+ GB)
2. DSDTSE/Get Registry.
