Hello everyone, I have successfully gotten MacOS Monterey running on my ThinkPad L380, which has been done before. The experience is good and has been stable even when using Intel WiFi. You do have to add the kexts for the Intel WiFi and Bluetooth after the fact and do take a hit in terms of battery life but other than that, this has been very reliable.

For those who are interested, attached is the EFI folder I have set up to boot the MacOS installer.

*You must fill in your own platforminfo in config.plist or else you will get an error, see the Dortania guide on setting up platforminfo.*

*WiFi kexts must be added after OS install are are not included in this EFI*

Issues:
- Trackpoint drift prevents the use of the keyboard and mouse
- Battery life takes a hit (from 7 down to 5hr)
- It takes a long time to connect to WPA2/3 Enterprise networks (as long as 2 minutes)
- Shutting down causes the machine to reboot if a USB device is connected
- Waking from sleep requires the use of the power button

Laptop Specs:
- Intel Core i5 8350u @ 1.7GHz
- Intel UHD 620 Graphics
- 12GB DDR4 @ 2400MHz
- 1TB WD Blue SN550 NVME SSD
- Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265
