Notice for Gigabyte's Z77, H77, B75 motherboards and UEFI

has anyone been able to get their sleep to work with the Z77X-UP5-TH? Mine will sleep for about 3 seconds then wake up.

also I seem to be using the regular bios not UEFI... my pc is not set to boot from UEFI, there is no option for it. F11 bios.

There is a wake on land that should be disabled in BIOS. Maybe that helps.
