what's the difference between Asus, Gigabyte or Palit Gt 430? is it really important for mac os installing?

Yes, the brand is very important. For example, even though the Radeon 6850 is supposed to be compatible with Mac OS X, the Asus 6850 might not work as well as the Gigabyte 6850. By the way, that's just an example-- I don't actually know which brand's version of the 6850 works best.

Try to find someone with a Hackintosh that has the same motherboard as the one you plan to use for your Hackintosh build, and then get the same graphics card as that person.

is there any fully successful video card's List for ATI Radeon?
i asked this because heard that 6850 (for example )works fine from box...

you can look on the wiki for that info, people will write up confirmed builds and what they did to get them to work.
