No Monitor Signal - Everything working yesterday - SOLVED

Hello,

I recently updated my hackintosh to Yosemite and everything has been working relatively well, except for a few minor things. I go to turn it on today, and now my monitor's getting no signal. I've tried two separate monitors, different connections (displayport/DVI/RGB), with no luck. I'm using the onboard grahics card with the GA-Z7X-UD5H motherboard. Any suggestions would be greatful!

Thanks,
Erin

Can you get to the BIOS or are you not getting signal period? That happened to me a couple months ago and I had to manually reset the CMOS by touching a screwdriver to the reset prongs on my motherboard...

If you can get to the BIOS, try booting with your UniBeast stick to see if graphics work using the default configuration.

Hi Pie,

I'm not getting a signal at all. Apparently my motherboard has a Clear CMOS button... Would that be the same as the screwdriver thing?

Thanks for your help!
Erin

Go ahead and try that; it will reset ALL of your BIOS settings so make sure you go back and make appropriate changes. Good luck.

That did the trick... Thanks!
