no hdmi audio on gigabyte b150m ds3h

hi i recently built myself a hackintosh i am using intel i5 6500 with gigabyte b150m ds3h mobo using no graphics card just on board intel 530 graphics but and using hdmi i have tried everything but there is no luck making hdmi audio work i also recently upgraded mac os sierra please help any help would be appreciated i was also not getting any audio on el capitan i also refer to had hdmi audio guide here but its way too confusing and i can't understand what to do if you have same configuration or similar please help

i have same mobo but my on board graphics is not working and i hv nvidia GT 610 graphics card but two monitors are not working system hangs on login screen ... please help.
