layout-id <0c 00 00 00>
layout-id is not correct, should be <01 00 00 00>, verify dsdt/HDEF/layout-id
Audio ID: System Information/Hardware/Audio/Intel High Definition Audio (not Devices)

1. No sound in Yosemite. No output devices showing in System Preferences.
2. OS 10.10/GA 87N WiFi/Not sure of the BIOS/Intel 4770 i7/MSI GTX 770
3. Followed the tonymacx86 guide by the book. Had to change "UseKernelCache" to "No" to allow boot.
4. Not sure what this is. :/
5. 266.5-toledaALC892
6. Not found within System/Library/Extensions
7. Not sure how to pull up this info in Console. :/
8. Not familiar with DPCIManager. :/

10. Didn't use Clover to install.

I apologize for being a noob and providing so little information, toleda, but I'd appreciate your help greatly. :)

Links for DPCIManger and IOReg Post #1. Download, install, run.
Applications/Console

Apparently, I'm too far out of my league to fix this issue. I installed DPCIManager and ran it to repair permissions and rebuild the cache. I have no clue what else to do with it. As for IORegistryExplorer, I don't know how to use GitHub and clicking your link takes me to your audio_ALCInjection page, which I also don't know what to do with. Here's one more screenshot, but without detailed, explicit instructions for how to fix my sound problem, I'm going to have to just wait for an update of MultiBeast, I suppose.

installed using multibeast Easybeast option ->drivers ALC889
3. followed 1.realtekALC/patch in place of http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/143757-audio-realtek-alc-applehda-guide.html#post886744
This is what i got.
Downloads/audio_realtekALC-100.command: line 168: [: ==: unary operator expected

but on my asus bios onboard audio is enable.

I have no clue what else to do with it.
I don't know how to use GitHub
DPCIManger shows onboard controller and no codec; no codec means no audio. Verify HDAudio is enabled in BIOS.
You figured out how to use this site, Github is no more difficult. Select the IORegistryExplorer link and click View Raw to download.
No version of MultiBeast or OS X can solve a hardware problem.

Error: no IOReg/HDEF; BIOS/audio/disabled or ACPI problem
X58 has no dsdt/HDEF.
See Post #1/1. No Output Devices Found/2. HDEF Verification/2. Add dsdt/HDEF, select one method and implement. Choose 1 or 2.
