I have no audio device and would like some help. Let me see if I can gather the required information.
OS X version 10.11.5 (15F34) / ASUS Maximus VIII Gene Z170 / BIOS version: unknown but it was the latest update / i7-6700k / Nvidia GTX 980 Ti
I tried the Realtek ALC AppleHDA guide that you posted and so far haven't had any success. I installed the Realtek ALC driver with Multibeast (clover).

See Post #1/Uninstall Realtek ALC AppleHDA

Rather then try to uninstall audio drivers, I did a fresh install of OS X and ran MultiBeast with Realtek ALCxxx > ALC1150 and 100 series audio...see attached.

Additionally, I regenerated and included all files.

did a fresh install
Verify SIP is disabled, Terminal:
Code:
csrutil status
Rebuild kernel cache, Terminal:
Code:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /
Restart, reply with new files.

Ok I made the change to Clover config.plist. Still no audio. Here are the new files.

SIP was enabled, disabled -> rebuilt cache. Working now! Now audio doesn't work after sleep, moving onto the other thread for support on that. Thanks toleda
