New clean (re)installation - El Capitan

Hi,

I already built a new hackintosh. After my mistake, I changed MacPro3,1 to 6,1, OSX won't load/boot again.

So I decided to install it again.
I created new USB Multibeast key, reset BIOS, used recommended BIOS settings, format SDD, but I can not get the Installer to choose the language. Computer restart.

Change _art=0 nvidia_disable=1 into dart=0 nv_disable=1 -v
