So I got my new build today :)

i7-3770
ASRock H77M-ITX
16 GB G.Skil Ram
256 Crucial m4
Cougar A400

I did this build around 2 months ago for my boss and it worked out of the box without problem.

I can install ML without problem but as soon as I install the DSDT from this thread --> http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-lion-desktop-support/71251-asrock-h77m-itx-owners-page.html and reboot I get a KP after one second of seeing the Apple boot screen.

I did a boot up with -v and all I can see is:

"Debugger caled: <panic>"
"Backtrace (CPU 4), Frame : Return Address"

followed by a two, six, side by side HEX Codes

I can't see what I did wrong since the last system for my boss worked perfect.

Hope someone can Help I'm going to install OS X new and wait until I get a response :)

The reason you are getting KP, may be its because of BIOs version miss match.

So here is what you do..

ASRock boards don't support power management OOB, so get the BIOS patched.
Extract the BIOS this tool DarwinDumper

Get the BIOS file patched here > http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/47397-msi-asrock-foxconn-1155-patched-bios-thread.html

Extract a DSDT on a fresh installation as shown in the below link and save it as .dsl and attach it.

Edit - H77 Boards don't need a DSDT file to work but if you what HDMI A/V you need a DSDT file.

Does the powermanagement and sleep works?

As far as I can tell before the 10.8.2 Update it dir work.

Now I'm having another problem :(

if i take a look at -v i see:

WARNING: IOPlatformPluginUtil : getCPUIDInfo: this is an unknown CPU model 0x3a
-- power managemen may be incomplet or unsoported
NCT677x: Found Nuvoton NCT6776F
considerRebuildOfPrelinkedKernel com.apple.kext.OSvKernelDSPLib triggered rebuild

and nothing happens :(

If i boot with -x it will boot up without a problem but if I dont enter anything it won't.

thanks but how can I repair permissions with MultiBeast - Mountain Lion 5.0.2?

Go to disk utility and click on the hard drive partition you should see verify disk and repair disk options.

Thanks again working again :)
