Need to add Volume Control Device...

Hi Guys,

I need something like this ...

to control HDMI volume outputted from my Hackintosh build as I am realizing that Mac OSX by default outputs at 100% over HDMI.
I have looked around for something like this however at this price its too expensive are there any other opinions. It needs to have a remote however as this is a home theater build.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Use the TV remote to control the volume. That is what you are supposed to do and why audio over HDMI outputs at 100%.
