I have laptop Celeron U1037U (1E5F) 1.8Ghz (Grafic card HD3600) 4Gig RAM 64Gig SSD.

(I will use the laptop for surfing and email, so no need for get the grafic accelleration work)

Can I install latest osx?

And what is the best guide for me if I buy the OSX from appstore?
(I have a friend that have a mac I can use for make the usb)

Have you had a chance at pursuing this? I am using the S210 Lenovo using the 1037U and it has no video card dedicated.
The screenshots I attached is Yosemite 10.10 but I have not continued on installing it since I have not backed the drive yet.
Since there are only 2 USB ports you need a hub, and in my case the port seems underpowered so I keep pulling the hub and inserting the mouse or keyboard alternately. It appears this is compatible with the laptop.
