I'm waiting for Mountain Lion to be released for native Ivy Bridge and USB 3.0 support (right?). Thanks! :D

You have a fair few issues there.

1. Your graphics cards aren't supported (and worst case may never be), as they're too new.
2. CrossFire isn't supported in OS X.
3. That motherboard needs a BIOS update before it works with Ivy Bridge CPUs and it might not be possible to do that with an Ivy Bridge CPU inserted, so you'd need access to a Sandy Bridge CPU.

So what would you recommend for an Ivy Bridge motherboard and a mid range graphics card?

I second the opinion to wait, but if you can't (my situation), there is a setup that seems to work out of the box with Mountain Lion GM and with Lion as well. It's the setup I just bought.

Main components are:
Ivy Bridge i5 or i7 (I got the i5-3570K)
Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H mobo
nVidia GTX 6xx GPU (I went with the Gigabyte 670)

Keep in mind that SLI/Crossfire don't work in OSX, so if you need GPU power with OSX get the single most powerful and compatible card you can (currently the GTX 690 IIRC).

Also, if you read the reviews of that BT adapter, you'll see it doesn't work with Macs. I'm still looking for a BT 4.0 adapter that is compatible, so if you find one let me know! Sorry, apparently this one works great with a small kext edit. I'm getting one now!

So, taking everyone's input and doing some additional research I'm updating the components. Using everything from above except:

GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard (Wi-Fi + Bluetooth)

(For reference and installation viewtopic.php?f=54&t=61197)

SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 PCIE Graphics Card

Thanks Guys!

Update: Oh and I found a aftermarket fan for OCing, the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO to be exact.
I plan on Ocing to 4.1GHz with a 1.3 Vcore

So, with everything considered, what do you think of my build? :?:
