The Atheros - Shailua's ALXEthernet 1.0.2 kext is also buggy.
It is causing random KP-s under high network loads on Z77 boards.
Even using Time Machine or your NAS is enough.
However the previously included AtherosL1cEthernet.kext 1.2.3 is stable on my system.

Is anyone having problems with the Realtek drivers being slow as molasses?
On a Gigabyte Z68P-DS9 F9 (using F9 DSDT), everything boots fine but during a file transfer over NFS or CIFS/SMB, the transferrate is atrocious and while it is transferring, pinging the NFS/CIFS/SMB host server results in ping times over 1000ms. Doesn't happen in Lion. Same system, same NAS device (FreeNAS).
Both the Lnx2Mac's and Apple one behaves the same.

They were asked to leave Filenvram out of the installer by the author of the file. So they won't until the author says otherwise which I doubt will happen.
