Mountain lion I5 3317U ivy bridge stuck at 1582 mhz

Hi
Need some help to get my I5 3317U work full speed.
Lenovo U410
Use patched AICPM, processor should clock a 1700 mhz and 2.6 with turbo boost(tested on windows).
Only 1582 mhz in mountain lion, speed step works but only two frequencies available -> x8(idle) and x16.
Checked SSDT and it seems have lot of step in PSS but didn't find 1582 or 792 Mhz.
Let me know if someone have some info on this issue.

PS: it seems like nobody get this CPU work at it's full speed despite it is macbook air stock CPU.
Other laptop that encounter the problem : asus UX31A,dell 14z.

Same issue here. It doesnt seem to matter if you use an SSDT or not, I get the same speeds regardless. Ive tried patching the SSDT and multiple AICPUPM kexts to no avail.
