Realtek RTL8188SU/RTL8188CUS/RTL8188RU/RTL8192CU/RTL8191SU-based (2x2, 2.4 GHz):

TP-Link TL-WN823N
EDUP EP-N1528 (I own one of these)

The driver can be found here. Of course, any other RTL8188SU/RTL8188CUS/RTL8188RU/RTL8192CU/RTL8191SU-based USB adaptor should work as well.

===Thanks for this. I can confirm the TL-WN823N with the Realtek driver works on 10.8.5 ! Just install the driver, plug the stick and reboot and you are prompted with the Wireless Network Utility.
Thanks for the tip.

TL WN823N works with Edimax EW-7811Un drivers on Mountain Lion Hackintosh and normal drivers on OS X but you need to attach usb device after os x fully load to either usb2 or usb3 converted to usb2 port. You can even put mac to sleep but if error occurs need to fix permissions. These sould work also with bare metal hypervisors allowing suspending mac to disk, idk about QEMU.
