Mojave OS is not started up after restart

Hi, I have a problem. I installed Mojave os, and have been running without any problems so far. But I restart the pc, the Mojave os is not started.
The Clover is showed the boot items. I select "Boot macOS from MACOS". The progress bar is in progress with apple logo. After almost 80%. But after that, nothing happened. If I select Boot FileVault Prebooter from Preboot, the progress bar is showed 100%. But after that, nothing happened.

What should I do for this problem? I tried to clean NVRAM by clicking F11, and also tried to run it in Safe Mode. But nothing fixed.

Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

zip and upload your entire /EFI folder.

"Dell" tells us nothing about the model, be more precise.
Likewise "Intel Core i7" is pretty meaningless on its own, which model ?

Do not be afraid to use the forum Search tool, many others have asked and been answered.

In Clover press the space bar at the menu screen, then it is an option to select.
Alternatively add -v to your boot arguments.

What is a "Dell Inc. 03CP WF A00" ?
Dells usually have a name like Optiplex or Latitude etc.
