Mojave - Internal drives detected as External

It runs but there are 2 lines of red text it says something about pressing f4 on clover and it doesn’t save anything in the path it says it will save. I rebooted, pressed f4 at clover, my screen fills with red text and hangs there. After reboot I run it again and the same, it runs, but does not save anything

press f2 and f4 at clover boot screen, then re run the script
 
Thank you. F4 was a no-go but eventually f2 did worked, and after a bit of fiddling allowing terminal to control the computer, I now have the report attached below. I appreciate the support
