is there is an actual fix for "no audio after sleep/wake"
Off topic, this thread addresses "No audio devices".

Apple made major architectural changes to the 10.9.2 AppleHDA.kext to solve no audio/wake problems on native hardware. Apple support forums suggest the problem is not resolved and may never be. Understand the MultiBeast installed audio software is completely native, not one line of code is changed to get working onboard audio. For many, audio works well. For those that have audio quality problems, that is the consequence of non native hardware. Your choices are:
1. Wait for Apple to fix code that is no longer supported on unsupported hardware
2. Acquire native, supported hardware
3. Identify non native hardware that performs better than your current hardware
4. Install digital audio; HDMI, by far the best choice, or USB

There is no fix for the current release. Experiments are the only way to find any improvements for your specific system. Search can be very helpful; focus on the posts confirming success.

Shot the messenger, bad advice.
No.
The biggest issue is not the speakers, its content and players. What it is the audio format for your 7.1 content and what player are you using?

I`m using VLC.
You r right toleda, the binary bin patch only has cosmetic effect, the real issue is still there.. I checked IOjones and I found quite a few red crossed lines in AppleHDAEngineOutput@, AppleHDADrive, AppleHDAEngineInput, . Please check my IOreg and snapshots for detail. How to fix this?

not a good fix

not a good fix
This is as good as it gets. It implements (see credits) the thing you are referencing. And if you are really keen on reading data sheets, then read the included readme extracted from Inteļ's High Definition Audio Datasheet on Immediate Verb Mechanism ..
I have carefully studied the behavior past 10.9.2 and the only way you are getting your EAPD enabled is by using my kext.
