I've tried searching for this issue, but all I can find is the White Screen issue post-installer. I have the following system specs:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4360 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H87N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

I have my hard drive on AHCI and my BIOS on optimized defaults. I Kernel Panic whenever I don't have the -x option, and when I do include that or any type of flag, it just stalls on the white screen post Apple logo. If I have -v, the log will clear and it will hang on a black screen.

What motherboard graphics connection are you using? Have you updated to the latest BIOS version for your motherboard?

I am using the DVI with a DVI/VGA passive adapter because I tried using the HDMI and it wouldn't display the BIOS on my TV. I RMA'd it to update the BIOS to work with Haswell Refresh series processor. It should be the latest.

I fixed it myself. After you asked which display output I was using, I decided to plug in both the DVI and HDMI 1 (as this board has dual HDMI out), and the installer popped up on my TV.
