I have a old mac Mavericks (10.9) that is running on the hardware below:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H bios F9
CPU: Intel Core i7 3.69 GHz Haswell
RAM: 16 Gb 1333 DDR3
Integrated Intel Graphics 4600
Samsung SSD 840 250 Gb

I have some problems with certificates and updating the apps. What is the most up to date mac version that i can update?

Can i do Mavericks > Catalina > Monterey ?

There are drivers for the Asus GeForce 210?

Not in newer versions such as Monterey. I believe High Sierra is the newest that card still works with.
