macOS Monterey (12.7) keeps restarting after 3 or 2 minutes after boot.

Okay, so it has installed, but after it hits the gray screen which means the setup is starting up, it just restarts.

Maybe recheck your bios settings, all listed may not apply.
Also please tell us what make and model SSD you are trying to instal to. It may be incompatible

My SSD is an Inland 256 GB SATA SSD, and I also forgot to disable Fast Boot, so I just did.

Hmmm, try the attached. It worked great on a similar board I had, if it's still rebooting it could be hardware related as in possibly that SATA drive is bad but who knows.
