It's in Software Update, but I recommend using the download 10.6.6 Combo Updater- which isn't available yet. I'll post the link on the blog when it's ready

Downloaded and installed from System Updates, so far no problems, did not break my bootloader.

Cloned my install first just in case...

Ran standard system update,
rebooted, audio, network, all seems normal.

New App Store icon installed, tried it installed first free app Nova Bench !
