yes, you can create a SSDT to disable it, for example:

Hello again.
Hello,

The question is, how do I enable SSDT on my motherboard?
This is NOT the first question !
===================

Make a plan :
- which version of macOS do I need to install ? Why ?
- do I need a dual boot system (macOS & Windows) ?
- what happens if the iGPU does not work as expected ? should I buy a compatible AMD dGPU ?
- do I need dedicated storage for the two operating systems ?
- do I need WiFi & BT ?
- ....... <insert here whatever is to be asked> .......
======================

The best way to go on :

In the already installed Windows OS :
- get some (relevant) info (Device Manager, AIDA, HwInfo, etc )
- using SSDTTime get : DSDT.aml and all .aml files that can be generated ( better having all of them than missing any).
- using USBToolBox create a map of your USB ports and save it.

Read Dortania Guide, Comet Lake section. More than twice !

Prepare an installation USB stick ( 32 GB for Sonoma ).

Take out nVidia dGPU and your Windows storage !!!!
For testing macOS, insert a spare storage ....

Try to boot your system with the prepared USB stick.
Make modifications as needed, try again.

Install the macOS.

Only then you can think about the next questions ...

Cheers :)

you have to create the SSDT and then add it to your ACPI folder and then enable it in your config.plist
