When I work at company, I have to set proxy for network. When I restart my laptop, all my settings will lost. What matter with it?

I've never used a proxy, so no idea... Do you have working NVRAM? (don't know if proxy info is set in nvram, but maybe).
 
NVRAM? I don't know anything about it. Would you share some docs on this topic? I will study it by myself.

Depends on the bootloader you're using...

If Clover, you need EmuVariableUefi-64.efi and RC scripts installed to boot volume.
