hi I edit the dsdt whit the laout id and yes I edit the appleintelsnbgraphicsfb but nothing happens now i have one less line out

This IOReg shows the wrong layout-id with expected result of no audio devices.

Only layout-id 185 will work. I don't think you have to edit AISNBGFB. Try the easy way:
1. Install native AISNBGFB.kext
2. Install Optimized AppleHDA.kext
3. dsdt/HDEF/layout-id 0x85 0x01 0x00 0x00
4. Fix permissions and caches
5. Restart

Finaly thanks Toleda I edit dsdt layout id 185 install native AISNBGFB.kext and applehda and when i was installing the fix permission i started to hear sound i never had used fix permission i think that do the trick thanks again toleda for your quick answers

Noob Alert!
I am trying to enable HDMI audio on Lion 7.3, I used the pre editedDSDT-GA-H67N-USB3-B3-F7-EHCI-HDMI-389.dsl from Part 2b. I complied it and installed it.
Now I am on Part 3c: Lion HDMI Audio Kext Edits - Intel HD3000 Integrated Graphics,
I want to make sure that this will work on update 7.3, also can I used the pre edited AppleHDA.kext for my motherboard H67N-USB3 & Audio ID: 389.

If there is any simpler way to perform Part 3C please let me know.

Toleda what it takes to appear in the preferences of the System HDMI sound?
Cable plugged in, but no HDMI preferences.
I followed the tutorial.
