Hello,

I managed to install Leo on my laptop Dell XPS M1330 (core 2 duo, 2GB Ram, Nvidia 8400 GS).

When I start the computer, I get one out of 10 on the desktop, and unfortunately, I do not have time to install because the computer freezes multibeast.

Do you have a solution?

Sorry for my English.

What are you trying to do?

I try to make it possible to use my computer with lion. It freezes so I'd like to find a solution

Try using the Unibeast method for installing Lion.

I've tried, but it freezes after 30 seconds of installation.

i have the same issue with this. 30 - 60 seconds into installation it hangs when using the lion multi beast install method.

hi,

I've a XPS M1330 and i've the same problems!! :(

What can We to do?

You need a second hack.

Install the M1330's 2.5" drive on the second hack and do a vanilla install using Unibeast.
Run Multibeast (some people say Multibeast 3.x.x for Snow Leopard works better than Multibeast 4.x.x for Lion even on a Lion install) to install a bootloader and apply the custom kexts shown here:
http://www.phacks.net/how-to-install-li ... ll-method/

When the drive is put back into the m1330 the Lion desktop will come on. :D

After applying the 10.7.4 combo update it all goes wrong though and the machine will hang on the white Apple screen with spinning wheel when trying to boot...
