Lenovo i3 8 th gen 8130U unable to create correct type of EFI

im using Lenovo i3 8th gen 8130U laptop with 20 gb ram and 128 gb NVME ssd graphix is Intel UHD 620, i was unable to create a correct type of efi my system supports any one please help iam trying since last 1 year any one with the same system help me to use mac on win laptop.
