LCD Replacement For 4540s(DON67PA)

Hi All,
I m using HP probook 4540s. Current Display of my hackbook(1366*768)which is ok. But i think it can be great..Like FULL HD(1920*1080) Laptop.
I was looking for any solution for this issue..I found this link..thanks to tonymacx86/Big Donkey).

I Read 5-6 pages of this post...got Confused by different parts and lvds cable,screen part numbers,hacks etc..
Big Donkey is Suggesting LG:LP156WF1 but in the other page user talking about AUO B156HW01v4..What the difference,which one is the best for resolution,Matte Finish Or Glossy..???

So the questions are...
1.Correct Screen Model or Part Number which i should buy for Probook 4540s(DON67PA),Buying links would be helpful..
2.LVDS CABLE..???
3.What other changes i have to do before/after while installing the screen(Kexts,DSDT or Any other Program..),Any Helpful link for this...
4.Will This scenario(Screen Replacement)Works with Yosemite

Either screen will work. The AUO v4 may be difficult to find.

Keep in mind you'll need to replace the cable used to connect the screen to the motherboard.
