KP after install SL 10.6.4

Hi to all recently buy a 24gb of memory and try to install SL i have a orig disc but after install and reboot with iboot appears a KP anyway to try boot no way to pass of something like this panic(cpu 0 caller 0x55aa33): "Unable to find driver for this platform: \"ACPI\".\n"@/Extras/builds/xnu/xnu-1456.1.26/iokit/Kernel/IOPlatformExpert.cpp:138 and i no have idea of this my build GA-X58A-UD7 Rev. 1 bios F7
1TB WD HD 3 part 1 of 150 1 of 835 and last of 15 gb (try to install Lion from my macbook pro 2011)
mem 24 gb corsair 1600Mhz
Core i7 [email protected]
video GTX470
dvd and bluray burner sata booth
any help appreciated thanks....
i can access via macdrive install on win7

first start with .....only.....4gig memory
u can put it back later
get the dsdt for your mobo
pcirootid=1
-x switch on boot (safe mode)
checkuot install guides in forum.......many tips for you there
reading is mandatory...........
but that said there r many people here willing to help u just ask
