I would interpret "No more room to grow" as meaning, "It's time to upgrade from that old 2010 Mac Pro and build a new hackintosh." Then you can run a more current version of macOS and not have to worry about kernel panics disrupting your workflow. The other route to take would be to use OCLP and then install Big Sur or Monterey.
