Just installed Mavericks update now stuck on white apple screen, please help?

Hi,

can someone please help me, I've just updated to the new mavericks update and now it goes to the white apple screen and black text comes up over the top saying something in nano seconds then it just stays at that point. Someone please help me ?

Hard to tell without a photo, but you probably did not install patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.

Boot using your Unibeast USB (use "-f") and either patch it or install a compatible version already patched.
