Is this the right SL disc?

Hi everybody

I need som clarification. I just ordered the Snow Leopard install DVD from Apple. According to their customer service this is the only install disc they ship out, but they say you need Leopard running to upgrade to SL.
I told them I needed the retail disc but the customer service guy said he never ears of a retail disc.

Is this the right disc I ordered then?
