Specs:

CPU: i7 2600 (http://ark.intel.com/products/52214)
Video Card: GT 430
Motherboard: Gigabyte Ga-Z77X-UD3H (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4153#ov)
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1333MHz

I have tried before to make this into a Hackintosh, but kept failing due to "kernel panic" issues. This time, I plan on using iBoot+Multibeast. I have a retail CD copy of Snow Leopard, and have a small array of flag options to boot into (cpus=1, busratio=34, GraphicEnable=No, -v, and arch=I386).

I just need any advice/help that might help me before I begin. I am currently running Windows 7 with almost 1 TB of pictures, videos and games so I don't want to format my hard drive for nothing!

Thanks in advance for all replies. I will try to reply to them ASAP

This build will surely work with OS X. I reccomend not installing Snow Leopard. From my experience, Sandy bridge+ should install Lion / Mountain Lion for best compatibility. If you can get your hands on a legitimate Unibeast w/Mountain Lion Flash Drive, that would be the best way to go.

Is there any tutorials you know of that would work for my specific system? The last time I tried to install Mac, I followed at least 5 different tutorials and neither of them worked in the end. Thanks
