Thanks, I will try that. Basically I have to install the two FakePCIID Kexts and then also add some stuff to my clover config. That doesn't seem too bad. And BTW, is there any way to revert back to Mavericks if I do fail at Yosemite again? Thank you

Anyone else experience AppleHDA crash after updating to 10.10.3? If I plug in my HDMI cable, the computer crashes. And w/o a cable plugged in, the audio doesn't work. Looking at the crash logs, I see that the AppleHDA.kext had some sort of error. Is there a new version or a patch out?

Are you using a patch for an unsupported HDAU device? If so, consider using FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext instead.
