Hello,
I have a HP Elitebook 840 G1+BCM4352 with Yosemite working 100% (wifi+BT+sleep...).
The laptop includes a HP lt4112 Gobi 4G Module (branded name for Huawei ME906E), and it is seen under USB in system information.
http://consumer.huawei.com/en/solutions/m2m-solutions/products/tech-specs/me906e-en.htm
HP lt4112 Gobi 4G Module:
ID of product: 0x581d
ID of maker: 0x03f0 (Hewlett Packard)
but there is not an interface to be added in Preferences->network.
I tried to install the driver provided into MobilePartner of Huawei (MobileConnectDriver.pkg), and to check if it appears in to /dev (ls /dev), but no luck!, so I think the problem is that there is no driver for it.
I googled it but I have not found useful info at all to make it work under Yosemite. Anyone succeed or tried it?
thanks!
