I have an existing computer I built about a year ago that I wanted to try to turn into a hackintosh. I successfully created a bootable usb drive of Mountain Lion using Unibeast, however I run into problems trying to get it to run the ML installer. The screen stays black for about 30 secs, the Apple logo flashes for a split second and then the computer restarts immediately. I have tried several combinations of boot flags but none seem to work.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is what I am working with, I understand some of the hardware is not recommended but I saw posts of people having successful builds in other posts. If I am wasting my time please let me know.

Hey, maybe this is a too late respond. Sorry for that. I have the same motherboard as you. Asrock p67, dont support HD4000 or HD3000 outputs as the newer z77 does. If you would have a z77 board you graficard doesent matter. I dont know anything about your grapicard if its compatible...
