Installation Yosemite on Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H, i7-4790K, GeForce GTX 960

Right now, I'm getting to the boot manager screen that has the continue, select language, etc. options. When I press continue, nothing happens. When I press "Boot Manager", the list of devices to boot from is empty.

I'm using a USB 3.0 flash drive with the Yosemite installer and Clover on it, but I have it in a USB 2.0 port. I switched the graphics in the BIOS from PCIe Slot 1 to IGFX and am using HDMI from the motherboard. Any ideas?

Sorry couldn't understand what you mean by Boot Manager.

It is this grey screen (I think it's part of Clover... it's mentioned in the guide). It has the options "Continue", "Select Language", "Boot Manager", and a few others on the left side of the screen. It has a grey background and black text. I can take a picture of it when I get home.
