Here, I tried to install your recent USBInjectAll-2015-1122 and OS-X-USB-Inject-All-master's config_patches.plist, but this step does not enable usb3.0. All I did was, kext install for USBInjectAll.kext, and patching config_patches.plist with EFI>EFI>CLOVER>config.plist. (I'll post my current plist).

Do I need to update SSDT and others? Also, I am pretty sure don't think I have 9 series chipset, but I don't know how I can make sure. I think I have missed something.

I think your USB3 controller is NEC/Renesas. It is not supported on 10.11.
