I am following this post to install EL Capitan on my HP ProBook 4530s[i5 4GB]
Please note that I am using config.plist from HD4400-4600 and not sure but this may relate HP 4530 or is something else...

I have created USB using manual option 2b and booted perfectly on clover screen
on select "Boot OS X Install from OS X Base System", but system halts at
System uptime in nannoseconds: 1238924764
I have attached real the image but tagging the following description for quick search
com.apple.driver.appleintelcpupowermanagement(218. 0)[GUID]
bsd process name corresponding to current thread: kernel_task
boot args: -v -gux_defer_usb2 kext-dev-mode=1 rootless=0 slide=0
