info.plist is missing for the injected kext

I am looking at the EFI on my Sonoma drive, while booted into windows. The sonoma EFI contains all the old kexts but not the new ones I added. When I then reboot into Sonoma and view the same EFI I can see all the kexts....it's strange.

possible you have an EFI on both macOS and Windows drive....
 
That's a good point, I have multiple drives connecting which do have EFI partitions! If the BIOS is starting up off the wrong EFI/OC that might explain why the kexts don't load.

the only reason you would have that issue if you have multiple EFI's :)
